Initiate Request
Log into your account or visit our Support Portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the saree within 48 hours of receipt.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, ensure the saree is folded in its original packaging with all designer tags and the blouse piece unstitched and intact.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 2-3 business days; please ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment from the courier agent.
Refund Processing
After the garment passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange credit will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
